I was very pleased with the plaque I ordered and received. It had a high quality look AND feel, and was very sharp. We presented to our general contractor and were very pleased with the product. Also, I was pleased with the customer service I received. When I first received the product, the company logo that was supposed to be included in the engraved plate was not included. I contacted the customer service and they immediately assured me that they would send rush shipping a replacement plate for the plaque that had the correct engraving. They had the new plate to me within two days delivered to my address - well in time for the ceremony event. I would definitely order from them again.
