I emailed the company after I received the initial prototype picture. I asked to have it made a certain way they refused to comply. The final award that was sent to me wasn't what I was looking for and worse yet the engraving was off center. ( I have pictures of this) Very embarrassing!! I will NEVER use this company again!!

We apologize for the off-centered engraving. If you reach out to us, we will re-do the crystals at no cost. We did not refuse to comply with the way the customer wanted it. We just do not have the capability to make it the certain way that you requested but the prototype paper proof was approved. Again please reach out to us to rectify the situation as we take pride in our service.
