Although the product is quite attractive, the customization was confusing as there was no place to list engraving for the front scroll. When contacting customer service to select a medal, it took days to find one that was available. I also inquired about the missing scroll information and never received a response. Have always been pleased in the past, but this makes me cautious about ordering again.
